My Recommendation: Peaches

Alright guys, today for Canadian week I have this old rebel who is better known by her stage name “Peaches”, originally from Toronto, ON, now settled in Berlin, Germany. Born Merrill Beth Nisker, adopted the highly sexualized persona “Peaches” from a Nina Simone song, has been part of a band called “Shit” released albums titled “Fatherfucker”, “Impeach My Bush” etc. and has done lots of other crazy stuff in her day.
The song that I’m recommending is called “Mud”, it’s a really slick electronic composition with some really smart lyrics listen to the song I think the piece from 2:10 to 2:48 is just epic! Oh and by the way she used to be a teacher in Canada albeit a music and drama teacher but still, damn those Canadian kids must’ve had some weird lessons to take home.
