Continuing on, on the female power pop sounds of the week, for today, I have this band from New York City called Blondfire formerly known as Astaire, it’s a brother and sister duo which started back in 2002 as Astaire and had to change their name to Blondfire in 2005 after legal threats from the estate of Fred Astaire. Anyway the song I’m recommending is L-L-Love, it has this great poppy sound, and the vocals are crystal clear with a dreamy splash all over to give the song this great fantasy feeling, I found this song in the soundtrack of the movie Mozart And The Whale, try it….
