Ok guys today’s song comes from our very own Illinois’s band The Graduate not from the Chicago area though, they hail from Springfield, Illinois. The band came about when two local bands Best of Winter and Jack broke up, the name though can easily perceived to be, but is not taken from the famous Dustin Hoffman movie or the original Charles Webb novel of the same name rather they explained the name themselves as
“None of us graduated from college. Well, we all graduated from high school, but none of us from college, so the name's kind of ironic.”
The song I’m recommending is Don’t Die Digging, I love the clean crisp vocals, the adrenalin pumping chorus is also awesome but the drums take the cake in this song especially the mini drum solo towards the end of the song is epic. Here’s the song
